1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Charved Aashray Foundation website, AI Veterinary Triage tool, or other associated services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease using the Services.

2. Medical & AI Disclaimer

By using the AI Triage tool, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• The AI may generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate medical advice.
• You assume all risks associated with administering any suggested medications or treatments.
• You will never administer human medications (such as Paracetamol/Crocin, Ibuprofen, or Aspirin) to animals, as these are highly toxic and fatal.
• Charved Aashray Foundation, its directors, staff, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, worsening of condition, or death of an animal resulting from reliance on the AI-generated advice.

3. Rescue Operations & Dispatch

While we strive to help every animal in need, submitting a report via our website does not guarantee an immediate or guaranteed rescue response.

• Response Times: Rescue dispatch is subject to volunteer availability, traffic conditions, and the severity of other ongoing emergencies.
• Geographic Limits: Physical rescue operations are currently limited to Kota, Rajasthan, and specific surrounding areas.
• Prioritization: We triage cases based on medical severity. Life-threatening injuries take precedence over general welfare checks.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our platform to report an emergency, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information regarding the animal's condition and location.
• Ensure that you have the right to share any photos or videos you upload.
• Not use the platform for prank calls, spam, testing, or malicious purposes.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or overload our AI systems or databases.

5. Donations & Refunds

As an NGO, we rely on the generosity of the public. By making a donation, you agree that:

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable.
• Funds will be utilized at the discretion of the Foundation for animal welfare, including food, shelter, medical bills, and operational costs.
• If a transaction fails or you believe there was a processing error, you must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software (excluding user-submitted rescue photos), is the property of Charved Aashray Foundation or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charved Aashray Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, the AI tool, or delayed rescue responses.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kota, Rajasthan, India.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
